 Yes I'm using leopard. And I kind of like Apple's "hack". :)

 I thought it was a bug of the port, but since it's a feature of the stock
 OpenSSH I'll just keep using it. It's a shame that git-core depends on the
 macports' version though. I'll have to compile Git myself.
