 numpy doesn't need to have the fortran compiler specified in the destroot
 phase, as the location of this is only needed during the build phase
 (unlike scipy which needs to know the location during both the build and
 destroot phases). The attached patch removes the specification of the
 fortran compiler location from the destroot phase for the py-numpy and
 py25-numpy ports.
