 Looks like your libiconv is broken (perhaps you upgraded gettext and
 libiconv just needs to be rebuilt against the new one?)

 Try:

 sudo port clean --all libiconv
 sudo port -f uninstall libiconv
 sudo port install libiconv

 and then clean subversion and try installing it again.
