Comment:

 Can you try the portfile I just attached to this bug (or try removing
 -fdelayed-branch from the portfile you already have?)

 There's a gcc bug that the portfile works around by manually specifying
 the optimizations that gcc does for -O2, but it looks like it doesn't work
 right on intel macs (I don't have one to test with).
