 On Both 1.6.0 and trunk, gst-plugins-good fails to compile with the error:
 libtool: compile: unable to infer tagged configuration
 libtool: compile: specify a tag with `--tag'
 make[3]: *** [osxvideosink.lo] Error 1

 This is because the gstreamer guys hardcoded OBJC=gcc in the osxvideo
 Makefile.  The attached Portfile patch and patch-sys-osxideo-Makefile.in
 fix this.
