 This ticket is getting too old.  The addition of ticket:12803 to python25
 (rev 4), means that creating a framework is no longer as easy as it was
 with the patch here.  This ticket should probably be merged with
 ticket:12817 since it covers the framework install as well.  The framework
 does work (almost) correctly if the dylib changes are negated.  I think
 the dylib issue needs to be re-addressed more in the form of how 2.4.4
 does it, which still provides framework compatibility.  I do not yet have
 a Portfile that does all of this correctly, since it's gotten a bit
 complicated.
