 The site that hosts the cmatrix source has been reorganised, so fetch
 currently fails. Here's a patch that updates the homepage and master_sites
 variables. While I was at it, I added a sha1 hash, removed the now-
 redundant darwin 8 compiler selection, changed the maintainer address to
 the new obfuscated format, and added a platforms line as suggested by port
 lint.
