Comment:

 Thanks for reporting the problem. I fixed the download location in r32428,
 but did not increment the port revision, because there's no reason to.
 (Those who already had the port installed do not need to be forced to
 upgrade, since the file available at the new download location is exactly
 the same file they already have.)
