Comment:

 Right now, people who are not contributors/developers can only make
 tickets and comment on tickets.  If they should be able to create/edit
 wiki pages, then thats certainly possible. I leave it to MP management to
 decide what authenticated users should be able to do.  If MP management
 can monitor the changes and report the spam, we'll do what we can to
 filter it on the server end of things.
