 If you view a ticket (while logged in so you have the permissions), there
 should be the words "Change Properties", and there should be a thin gray
 box around most of the fields. I suppose depending on screen/browser it
 might not be so obvious. It should be everything from Summary down to
 Keywords and Cc.
