 To the original poster, Bill (our admin at Mac OS Forge) and I are looking
 into alternatives to allow non project members to add themselves to the Cc
 field, since opening up practically all of the ticket just for this one
 thing is definitely not something we want to do. One such alternative is
 the [http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/SimpleTicketPlugin Simple Ticket] plugin,
 but we're not too sure it'll meet our needs. We'll post back when we have
 more information.
