 A helpful "how to get this running" message ''is'' printed if you install
 "mysql5 +server". You should not need to read any blog to get started. If
 all of the information you need to get started is not printed by
 installing "mysql5 +server", please reopen this ticket and tell me what
 instructions I need to add to the message. Thanks.
