 gsed has a {{{--program-prefix=gnu}}} configure argument, whereas its GNU
 brothers coreutils, diffutils and gawk all have {{{--program-prefix=g}}}.
 This should be fixed for consistency's sake.

 I'm adding maintainers of the ports depending on gsed in Cc fields,
 namely:
  * octave
  * quilt
  * teTeX

 Do you all accept that I modify your ports accordingly so that I can do a
 single commit for this move?
