 The previous version of ploticus was old; I've updated the source, and
 added all known patches to it (eight in total, all that are listed on the
 homepage). I've also changed the port to allow for gif, png, freetype,
 etc.

 It's a little gross - I've patched patch-files here, but it works. Only
 the exe is built, not the API or library.

 I've also changed the install name to the more correct "ploticus" and
 installed the man page.
