Comment:

 Subversion's configure script will pick ginstall if it's there (or will
 use install if it's not).

 This is only a build-time dependency, and I don't think it's worth it to
 force subversion to build with the system-provided install (and installing
 coreutils isn't necessary for installing subversion).

 Please let me know if I'm missing something that is broken because of
 this, otherwise I don't believe it's necessary to fix this.
