Comment:

 This is a known issue with the installer (it's meant to add /opt/local/bin
 to your PATH environment variable), and it is fixed for the next release.
 In the meantime, you can download and run

 this script].

 Upgrading to XCode 2.5 is also recommended BTW, though not required.
