 I am having the same problem as #13443.
 When installing gimp I received the error:

 --->  Fetching libxslt
 --->  Attempting to fetch libxslt-1.1.22.tar.gz from
 ftp://xmlsoft.org/libxslt/
 --->  Verifying checksum(s) for libxslt
 Error: Checksum (md5) mismatch for libxslt-1.1.22.tar.gz
 Error: Checksum (sha1) mismatch for libxslt-1.1.22.tar.gz
 Error: Checksum (rmd160) mismatch for libxslt-1.1.22.tar.gz
 Error: Target org.macports.checksum returned: Unable to verify file
 checksums
 }}}
 I followed the advice of boeyms and ran "sudo port clean --dist libxslt"
 and then tried to install libxslt by itself, resulting in
 {{{
 --->  Verifying checksum(s) for libxslt
 Error: Target org.macports.checksum returned: Could not open file:
 /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/libxslt/libxslt-1.1.22.tar.gz
 Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.
 }}}
 I then ran "sudo port clean libxslt" and tried installing again
 {{{
 --->  Fetching libxslt
 --->  Attempting to fetch libxslt-1.1.22.tar.gz from
 ftp://xmlsoft.org/libxslt/
 --->  Verifying checksum(s) for libxslt
