 I'll see if I can get it to work, but from what I recall from the last
 time I looked at 1.1.2, one of my [comment:ticket:4966:10 previous
 comments] applies to it also, i.e. that there is a build problem from a
 circular dependency.  I remember raising this on the growl-discuss mailing
 list before, but that the developers decided that they wouldn't fix it
 (can't remember the rationale just at the moment).
