 I am also using XCode 3.1 (beta), running on Leopard 10.5.2, and have
 recompiled both {{{py25-hashlib}}} and {{{py25-libxml2}}} (the ports with
 which you are encountering difficulties, if I am not mistaken) without any
 difficulties.
