 The lint process was always non-recursive to minimize the work done by the
 server. If "file exists" is the only way to enforce the naming policy then
 I'll fix it, but like I said in my last comment, I am holding off on any
 further changes until the policy is decided upon.  In effect, this
 disables patch file name errors completely until a decision is made.

 I'm going to assign to jmpp for a portmgr decision on this.
