 Source fetch is failing for

 '--->  Attempting to fetch moreutils_0.26.tar.gz from
 http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/m/moreutils/'

 as Debian has removed version 0.26 in its Depo in favor of 0.29 .

 Debian depo currently houses version 0.19 and 0.29 but not 0.26
