 Attached patch updates sshfs to
 [http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=562264&group_id=121684
 version 1.9], which fixes a serious bug. The patch from macfuse 1.5 is
 used, but the resulting sshfs works fine with macfuse 1.3 in my testing. I
 removed the -DSSH_NODELAY_WORKAROUND since this version automatically
 enables that workaround when needed. I also added an explicit dependency
 on the openssh port, since it is used by sshfs if present.
