Comment:

 I think you should add:
 {{{ destroot.violate_mtree yes }}}
 in the PortFile.

 Moreover, both mod_python and mod_python25 installs

 {{{/opt/local/apache2/modules/mod_python.so}}}

 , so I think they should conflict, or mod_python25 should install

 {{{/opt/local/apache2/modules/mod_python25.so}}}
