 subversion +tools is supposed to install svnmucc.

 The particular files are:
 {{{
   /opt/local/bin/svnmucc/svnmucc
   /opt/local/bin/svnmucc/svnmucc-test.py
 }}}

 By putting svnmucc into a subdirectory the command is not in PATH and can
 only be used with the full path.

 Also, I don't think the svnmucc-test.py is necessary there and can be left
 out. svnmucc should be at `/opt/local/bin/svnmucc`.
