 Seems like the vim build script is looking for a Framework installation at
 `/System/Library/Frameworks/Tcl.framework`, but is using
 `/opt/local/bin/tclsh` which understandable conflicts.

 I think I will have to patch the configure script to look in ${prefix}
 instead.
