Comment:

 This only happens when the lua port is active (it's not listed as a
 dependency of nmap). So it looks like configure is finding the lua in
 ${prefix} but build is not. I guess either lua should be added as a
 dependency and nmap should be taught where to find it, or it should be
 made to always use its included lua.
