Comment (by jmr at macports.org):

 The dependency is specified as `lib:libX11.6:XFree86`, which is correct.
 It's only trying to install the XFree86 port because libX11.6.dylib could
 not be found, which, as blb mentioned, means you're missing an X11
 package.
