 I can't reproduce this either, without any variants.  My py25-gtk does
 provide the given file as well.  There may be some conflict issues between
 having both py25-gtk and py-gtk2 installed; do you need py-gtk2 installed
 for anything?  If not, try deactivating both then reactivating just
 py25-gtk.
