Comment (by macports at henrik.synth.no):

 Originally I only had py25-gtk installed on both.  I discovered that gimp2
 wouldn't install on one of them ("home"), and had to install py-gtk2 to
 make it work.

 (jmr: yes, I had to force-activate py-gtk2 to make it install)
