 I'm on Intel, 10.5.4, Xcode 3.1 as well. As suggested I deinstalled
 postgresql82-server and postgresql82. When issuing 'sudo port destroot
 postgresql82 +python' I get the same error messages as mentioned earlier.
 Maybe it's a missing dependency? To compare it, here's the output from
