 While trying to use py-managesieve to connect to a Cyrus IMAP server which
 ties into an Active Directory server and only supports plain text auth
 (over TLS/SSL), I found that the included sieveshell program cannot
 function.

 After some investigating I found out a patch to add this support:

 I tested the patch on my system, and it works great.  Any chance of adding
 it to the default package?
