Comment:

 No response from maintainer so I'll take this one.

 I can confirm the issue. The distfile now available from sourceforge is
 not the same file that is archived on distfiles.macports.org/polyml (the
 checksum of the latter matches the checksum in the Portfile).

 The tar files differ, but their contents are identical.
