 Recent LLVM releases have an OCaml binding that is built and installed by
 default if ocaml is installed; the MacPorts port currently does not take
 this into account.

 This modified Portfile disables the binding by default, and compiles it in
 if +ocaml is requested. There is a bug in the Makefile for the ocaml
 binding, necessitating a workaround patch -- the problem has been reported
 upstream.
