 Does Porticus always use -R?  Also, if it isn't clear from #13930, you
 need to clean py25-numpy (in Terminal, {{{sudo port clean --work
 py25-numpy}}}, not sure how to do that in Porticus), then try again.
 Though looking at the output, you may want to clean duplicity as well.
