Comment:

 `--enable-freetype` was
 [http://lists.cairographics.org/archives/cairo/2008-December/016114.html
 renamed to --enable-ft]. In r44185 I fixed the cairo port and made a note
 to fix the cairo-devel port later. No revision bump necessary because
 freetype is actually enabled by default; having the configure option there
 is just a reminder.
