Comment:

 p5-pod-readme uses perl5.use_module_build to build, which has a
 [browser:trunk/dports/_resources/port1.0/group/perl5-1.0.tcl#L117
 dependency on p5-module-build], hence adding the former to the latter as a
 dependency introduces a circular dependency.  Also, p5-pod-readme is only
 an optional module for Module::Build.
