 --installdeps=PerlIO::via::dynamic,0.11,Compress::Zlib,0

 These shouldn't be attempting to install via the svk installer (instead,
 macports should install the ports by themselves).

 Since you already uninstalled/cleaned/reinstalled the zlib ports, perhaps
 you need to do it with the p5-perlio-via-dynamic port too?
