 Hi

 I tried installing the cabextract port recently. ports could not download
 the tarball because the website seems to be gone (403 error). The new site
 for the project looks to be http://www.cabextract.org.uk/. I have attached
 a diff for the cabextract Portfile which fixes the problem.
