 Updated Chicken port from 2.6 to 3.0.  Most of the variants are now
 obsolete.  Included Portfile patch as well as a patch file (patch-
 rules.make.in, which should be put in files/) necessary to build.

 E-mailed the Chicken guys with the patch and also asked them to provide a
 download URL without a date.
