Comment:

 This is a bug introduced in the last update of flex (2.5.34). See the bug
 report at the sourceforge page:
 http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1860773&group_id=97492&atid=618177

 As the flex parser ignores the `%` statements, here is a patch file for
 libpcap which removes the offending parts.
