Comment (by ryandesign at macports.org):

 Bumped the port revision in r34240 so everyone gets the fix (so that "port
 deps libgdiplus" shows the right thing, and so that MacPorts correctly
 prevents the uninstallation of libiconv if libgdiplus is still installed).
