 The missing symbols, like TK_SPACE, are supposed to be generated in
 work/sqlite-3.5.6/parse.h

 For some reason the build above aren't generating that file properly on
 the first attempt...
 But details from the initial extract and patch aren't available in the
 log, so hard to tell.
