 When viewing a ticket on Trac, the dates when the ticket was opened and
 last modified are shown in a very approximate (and relative) fashion, e.g.
 '3 months ago'. It is often useful to know the exact date and time when a
 ticket was opened, for example, to know if a commit went in before or
 after the ticket was opened.

 I would therefore like a full timestamp to be displayed, as it is on the
 change history entries. If people like having the information that is
 conveyed by the approximate relative date, it can be kept as well. Put it
 in parentheses after the timestamp or something. Might as well do that on
 the change history and attachments as well.
