 Just a couple of comments, instead of explicitly specifying the
 sourceforge mirror

 master_sites  http://internap.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/radlib/
 }}}

 you can just use

 {{{
 master_sites  sourceforge:radlib
 }}}

 as this will use the sourceforge mirror system to get the source

 also there is no need to specify the ```extract.suffix```
