 It has been reported upstream before and marked WFM, because it turns out
 you can get the precise date in a tooltip if you hover over the vague
 date: http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/5298

 That seems like an unnecessarily inconvenient solution given that the
 information is right there in the page. There is a patch attached to that
 ticket which causes the full timestamp to be displayed.
