 In some cases it is desirable to be able to echo or broadcast keystrokes
 to multiple computers simultaneously.  The attached patch provides a
 toggle-able facility to allow synergy to function as a keyboard
 multiplexor as opposed to a software KM.  Pressing the tilde (~) key
 toggles said functionality.
