 This patch will add SOCKS5 support to Privoxy.  It would be good to have
 an experimental privoxy variant that applied this patch before compiling
 privoxy.

 This patch should eventually be included in the upstream privoxy
 ([https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1862863&group_id=11118&atid=311118
 privoxy patch on sourceforge]) but it will likely be several months before
 there is an official release of privoxy that has it.  I think the patch is
 too useful to wait that long.
