 The csv2xml port now fails because it uses the "cd" command

 house54 47 # sudo port install csv2xml
 --->  Configuring csv2xml
 Error: Target org.macports.configure returned: invalid command name "cd"
 Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.

 There is apparently no maintainer
