 It would be nice to have a the Eclipse ecj added to the ports system.  I
 have done some work on getting this to work, but it is missing a few
 things.
 - the build file is missing.  The compiler is compiled using ant so the
 build.xml is missing.  I have one, but I don't know how to add it as a
 patch file.
 - the Portfile is probably missing key things and not filled in correctly.
 I used xalanj as an example
