 The current Port Enhancements section of the guide sort of misleads
 readers into believing that any submission for existing ports is an
 enhancement, I believe; some could be patches fixing port bugs and as such
 they should be filed differently. The proposed patch that I just added
 expands on this and supersedes raimue's. Would love feedback on the
 wording and/or organization of the expanded section. Thanks for the heads-
 up, raimue!
